These terms apply to ceramic coatings installed by Aura Detail. This is Aura Detail's own warranty. Questions? Call or text (913) 379-4005.
3-Year Coating: warranted for 3 years from the date of application. 5-Year Coating: warranted for 5 years from the date of application. Permanent Coating: warranted for 10 years from the date of application.
The warranty covers failure of the coating itself, meaning a significant loss of gloss, hydrophobic (water-beading) behavior, or protection under normal use and proper care. If a covered failure occurs, Aura Detail will inspect the vehicle and, at our discretion, correct or reapply the coating to the affected area at no charge.
To keep your warranty active, your vehicle must be brought to Aura Detail for a professional wash and inspection once every 12 months from the date of application. Each visit must be completed within 30 days of the anniversary date. Missing an annual inspection voids the warranty. Annual wash and inspection services are billed at our standard rate.
• Rock chips, scratches, swirl marks, dents, or physical damage • Damage from accidents, collisions, vandalism, or improper repairs • Damage from bird droppings, tree sap, bug splatter, industrial fallout, acid rain, or hard water spots not removed promptly • Damage from automatic car washes with brushes, harsh chemicals, dish soap, or improper wash techniques • Waxes, sealants, or other products applied over the coating • Paint defects, clear coat failure, repainted panels, or bodywork done before or after coating • Normal wear on high-contact areas such as door handles, wheels, and lower panels • Wheels, trim, glass, or interior surfaces, unless specifically included in your package
• Do not wash the vehicle for 7 days after application. • Hand wash using a pH-neutral car soap and clean microfiber towels. • Remove contaminants such as bird droppings and sap as soon as possible. • Contact Aura Detail promptly if you notice any issues with the coating.
This warranty applies to the original owner and vehicle only and cannot be transferred unless approved in writing by Aura Detail.
